This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990 — CDC) and the General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD). Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of the Comarca de Florianópolis, State of Santa Catarina, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring the action in the venue of their own domicile under the CDC.
